A very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They take good care of their customers. This South El Monte location isn't as busy as their other locations, so their prices are a little lower too. 5 stars!
The most dishonest branch of enterprise. Don't come. They only want to take advantage of you by not doing the inspection correctly at the beginning and charge you with random hidden damage at the end. Their pickup speed is extremely slow. I had experience to deal with them twice. And all of those cost me more than an hour to wait. Avoid this branch!
I love this location. There are 2 other locations that are technically closer to me and while they are great too... I prefer this one. The guys at this locations are great!!
Extremely happy, they always take care of my requests. Didn't like the car I got & they changed it immediately. I very happy with their service pickups & drop offs.
